Why did the children both think that Mrs. Dubose was a wicked, vicious old woman? [i got that] How did they change their behavior becuase of her? [WHAT?! HELP!!]how was atticus diffrent from the other fathers in maycomb [help with this if you can to!!]

FIRST PERSON TO POST WHAT I WILL WRITE GETS BEST ANSWER!! PLEASE HELP ME!!How did scout and jem change there behavior beuase of Mrs. Dubose [tkm ch.11]?
They think she is wicked because she is mean and cruel, and they are then rude to her. They change their behavior becuase they realize how much pain she goes through because she is an addict. They were scared of her but now not anymore because they realize she isn't a bad person. She was mean becuase of her pain. Atticus is different because he is nonjudgemental, caring, kind compassionate, and a good father who lets them learn their own problems
