ok so im showing big signs of a.d.d,i lose track of people in conversations i zone out when i read books to much,lose my stuff etc.etc.
Well i was told to go to the docter and they will probably prescribe with ritalin.
i was wondering wil this change my behavior?wil i sit still,wil it make me more confident?How wil my behavior change when i srat taking ritalin or concentra?(methylphenidate)?
It makes a huge difference! You should feel like you are more in control and focused. You will be able to pay attention better and stay with the conversation. Sometimes I freak myself out because I can just sit still without entertaining myself.
