How to change bad behavior in an older puppy, pee's & poops on carpets?

Was partially trained but has now forgotten everything. Any help from anyone. How to change bad behavior in an older puppy, pee%26039;s %26amp; poops on carpets?
you will have to start from step one again. Begin taking the pup out every few hours and after eating. Just treat it like a new puppy. It will eventually get the idea and start going outside again. How to change bad behavior in an older puppy, pee%26039;s %26amp; poops on carpets?
Perhaps since he a little old bring him to a school class,or everytime you catch him pee or poop get him close to his poop or pee and let him smell it then say it in a loud voice that that's a no no.He will learn slowly just be patience. How to change bad behavior in an older puppy, pee%26039;s %26amp; poops on carpets?
Potty Train It!!!!!How to change bad behavior in an older puppy, pee%26039;s %26amp; poops on carpets?
Not long ago, I purchased a one year old dog who was supposedly house trained. When I contacted the previous owner, she insisted that he had been house trained, but must have forgotten everything. Well, he certainly had, and he was a male to boot, so he was marking also. Well, I just started over from square one. I took him outside OFTEN and when he did his business outside, he was lavished with praise. When he made a mistake in the house, he was firmly scolded with a %26quot;NO%26quot; and taken outside. He's a smart little guy and learned pretty quickly with only a few accidents here and there. Just use the old formula - persistence and patience. It works every time.
