How could we change the behavior of people towards disability in South Africa,how do we have to treat them?

Attitudes change at A slower rate than progress(ie.technology)and are(probably)dependant on the indigent culture.Compassion is a newer concept than you might imagine.education is a key,unfortunately it doesn't work at a click in 3rd world countries yet,investment is another -all of Africa has resourcesas yet unseen and unfound,Time -I think-is the cure you're looking for
